Sessions will be led by expert consultants with nonprofit experience, and by nonprofit leaders as well. Don’t miss out on the chance to hear proven tactics for success from experts and peers.
We’ll have sessions on:
- Planning a successful fundraising event and attracting sponsors (also incorporating raffles and auctions)
- Developing your grant strategy
- Donor prospecting, engaging, and stewarding your donors
- Creating budgets (General Operating, Program, Project, Capital, Capacity Building)
- Developing a Donor Advised Fund strategy
- Fundraising using social media
- Planning for a Capital Campaign
- Using a Virtual Assistant
- Collaborations with for-profits and other entities
- Using AI to help create organization charts, budgets, SMART Goals and more!
- Deciding when it’s better to outsource (virtual assistants, accounting, grant writing etc.)
The registration includes four conference days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) with coffee and traditional Portuguese pastries each morning. Lunch is no-host with the group or on your own to explore. There will be four optional no host dinner gatherings — one organized by retired U.S. chef and new Portugal resident, Gordon Naccarato!
Register now to secure your spot! This is a boutique conference — there is only room for 18 participants. Get your spot today! We’ll follow up with all of the details. We’ll also arrange a few Zoom conversations for those wanting information on flight options (we love the Portuguese TAP Air nonstop flights from Boston, New York, New Jersey, Miami, Chicago, and San Francisco!), hotels and Air BnBs, transportation, and fun things to do while in Portugal. Don’t forget even an international work trip is a write off (talk to your accountant, of course).
